“Art saved me. Art was the one thing…that I was drawn to, I leaned on, and it became this coping mechanism to help me through my day to day.”

Show Notes:

Anne leads us in a discussion on her personal experience with Bipolar Depression (specifically Bipolar Depression 2). She shares how social media can be both a support and distraction as well as how to get courageously vulnerable in life.

“The biggest thing my husband has done for me that I will be eternally grateful for is just showing up. And sometimes showing up means sitting there and listening.”

“I’ve found once you start doing the little things that are courageous that’s when you get to more leaps…I think being brave means being vulnerable.”
